Classes For the Beginner & Complete Novice 


Iyengar yoga is a step by step method uniquely suited to every age and body type. You do not have to be young or flexible to practice this method. 

Beginner and All Levels classes build a solid foundation, enabling you to develop your skills within each class and over time, from class to class. 

Regular practice increases strength, stamina, mobility, concentration, improves posture and brings an overall sense of well-being and contentment.

In other words, it's healthy and it feels good!

Certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers undergo many years of specialized training. They give clear, unhurried instructions and know how to adapt the poses to meet individual needs.
